I am researching James N. Andrews b. 1802 SC and Elizabeth Owens Andrews b. Monroe County and their descendants. James Andrews was previously married to (?) in SC and migrated to AL.
He was living in Conecuh Co. in 1850 with children from the first wife named Nancy, Arra, Caroline and possibly a son or brother named William.
In the home were also children by the second wife (Elizabeth) named Robert, Mary Jane, John, Narcissa, and James.
Later there were two more children born to this union named A. Phillip and Martha.
There was a move to Monroe Co. and a land purchase there about 1855.
I need information on Nancy and William who may have remained in Conecuh Co.
